Toronto Airport Taxi & Limo Service – Reliable Rides Across Ontario 24/7

We charge a flat rate based on your exact pickup and drop-off address and the vehicle you choose. A sedan costs less than an SUV or van, and long-distance routes are fixed too. For example, Guelph to Pearson is just $120. Your price is confirmed before the ride, so it never changes with traffic, the time of day or the weather. Get an instant quote with our fare calculator, or call (437) 293-5959 or toll-free 1-800-406-7402.

No. The quoted flat rate is what you pay. If you want to add something, such as an extra stop, extra waiting time or a larger vehicle, we confirm the updated price with you first.

In most cases, yes, and always at busy times. Rideshare prices rise with demand during peak arrivals, holidays and storms. Our fare is fixed when you book, so you know the exact cost ahead of time. You also get flight tracking, meet and greet, and child seats, which rideshare apps don't guarantee.

At the airport, your driver waits 45 minutes free after your flight actually lands. We track your flight, so delays never cost you. Home, hotel and office pickups include 15 minutes free. After that, waiting is $1 per minute.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Card processing fees from our payment providers (up to 5%) are non-refundable. No-shows, cancellations under 4 hours and incorrect booking details aren't refundable.

Toronto Pearson Airport charges a $15 fee on every pre-arranged pickup at its terminals. The fee goes directly to the airport, not to us, and it is added to the fare for Pearson pickups only. Drop-offs at Pearson, and pickups at other airports or locations, carry no airport fee.

Pay securely online by card when you book, through Stripe or PayPal. You get an instant email confirmation and a receipt for business travel or expense claims.

We track your flight number and adjust your pickup time automatically. You don't need to call us if your flight is early or late. Your driver will be there when you land.
