1. Cancelling a ride

A cancellation counts from the moment we receive your call or email.
2. Changing a ride
- Free changes up to 6 hours before pickup: date, time, address, vehicle or number of passengers.
- Within 6 hours of pickup, we’ll do our best to make the change. If a different vehicle or a longer trip is needed, the fare is updated and confirmed with you first.
- Every change depends on vehicle availability.
3. Free waiting time

Flight tracking is included. If your flight is early or delayed, we adjust automatically. You’re never charged for airline delays.
If we can’t reach the passenger 60 minutes after the free waiting period ends, the trip may be treated as a no-show. Keep your phone on after landing.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Card processing fees charged by our payment providers (up to 5%) can’t be refunded.
- No refund is issued for no-shows, late cancellations (under 4 hours), or incorrect pickup details supplied at booking.
5. Toronto Pearson pickup fee
Toronto Pearson Airport charges a $15 fee on pre-arranged pickups at its terminals. It is collected for the airport and added to Pearson pickup fares. Drop-offs at Pearson and pickups elsewhere carry no airport fee.
